1. Using this website

This website is operated by ESPIRIT INTERNATIONAL LTD, a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 12827757, with registered office at 2 Frederick Street, Kings Cross, London, United Kingdom, WC1X 0ND. These terms apply to your use of the ESPIRIT website and purchases made through it after the store is placed into live trading. Until live payment services are configured, checkout clearly identifies itself as a preview and does not create a binding retail transaction.

2. Products, prices and orders

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include applicable UK VAT unless stated otherwise. We take reasonable care to describe and price products accurately, but may correct errors before accepting an order. An order is accepted only when a dispatch confirmation is issued.

We may decline or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, information is incomplete, payment is not authorised, fraud is suspected or a pricing error is clear. If payment has been taken, a refund will be arranged.

3. Delivery and returns

Standard UK delivery is complimentary on orders over £80. Available methods, estimated timings and costs are shown at checkout and on our delivery and returns page. Delivery estimates are not guarantees where circumstances are outside our reasonable control.

Unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery with tags attached and in their original condition. Hygiene-sensitive accessories may be excluded where seals are removed. Your statutory rights are not affected.

4. Product presentation and care

We make every effort to display colours accurately, although screens vary. Measurements are approximate. Please follow care labels; damage caused by wear, misuse or care that conflicts with those instructions may not be considered a product fault.

5. Intellectual property

ESPIRIT branding, copy, layouts and original creative assets may not be reproduced commercially without permission. Product photography used in this demonstration will be replaced or licensed appropriately before commercial launch.

6. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect loss arising from use of the site or delay caused by events outside our reasonable control.
